Well, my vet had an opening come up this morning to see the new guy. (He still doesn’t have a name, but for now I’m calling him “Happy”, because he seems to be. ) That beat having to wait to see her until Thursday! I dislike quarantining the new guys, but do it for the safely of the rest of the “family”.

After the vet visit we headed to the next town to do some shopping. Now I couldn’t leave the little guy in the car while I ran into Wally World for a few things. So, I stopped by my husband’s work. (It just happened to be about lunch time 😉  And said, “He wants to eat lunch with you!” hehe   So I dropped him of and ran for the store!

We also visited the feed store…..

*On a side note* They had these cute little magnets. I had a hard time deciding which one I “needed”. 😛

And lastly, we stopped off at the auto parts store.

I got the feeling this little guy hadn’t been out and about much before I got him. But I was really pleased how well he did meeting new people, visiting new places, traveling in the car and experiencing so many new things in one day. He seemed to take things in stride and handle most everything really well. And his leash training is coming right along.

Now, if I could just settle on a name…..
