Yes, I do things besides play with dogs. 😉 

It looks like the puppies left just in time!

I dropped Halo off at the vet this morning to have her spay surgery and on my home stopped at our local, family-owned orchard. We haven’t had the greatest success at raising fruit trees ourselves. So this place is a blessing just up the road. 

Yep, that’s a lot of fruit; about 128 lbs of peaches and nectarines. And I have several pounds of overripe apricots in the frig.

So the next few days I will transform from puppy raiser to fruit canner extraordinaire! (Well, that might be pushing it a bit).😜 Lets just say I’ll be busy with something besides puppies.
