Delivery dates

PLEASE READ IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT BE GETTING A PUPPY FROM ONE OF OUR FOUR CURRENT LITTERS~

My delivery days are pretty much always going to fall on a Sunday, because most people can do a weekend to pick up their puppy and I don’t work Saturdays.

If you think you might be getting a puppy from one of our current litters, then I need you to plan ahead and keep some options open for me to make this work. We have twenty-one puppies here now. (I know, I try not to think about that number myself). It’s not bad now, but it’s going to get crazier and crazier as they grow and get older. It’s going to take some time and effort to match and coordinate puppies, besides the day to day work that it takes to take to run this place.

Even though there are “only” twenty-one puppies, most likely I will get well into the “30’s” on my list before they are all matched. Inevitably, some people will have to pass for various reasons. So if you are anywhere from one to thirty-nine on my list, please plan ahead and try to be flexible.

My puppies usually go home around nine weeks of age. Please try as hard as you can to be ready and make the delivery day work for the puppy you choose. It is so much easier for me if I don’t have stragglers here and everybody from the litter can go home at the same time; especially when I’m dealing with multiple litters.

Here is my delivery schedule for our litters:

Rosie pups~Sunday, June 18th (yes, that’s Father’s Day; what a great surprise 😉 )

Allie & Jules’ pups~Sunday, June 25th

Treasure’s pups~Sunday, July 2nd (These might also be able to go home on the 25th if I can manage that many)

Thank you all so much for taking the time to read this and plan ahead. It will make things a lot easier and we’ll have a smoother transition getting these guys all home. If any of these days don’t work for you or this is not a good time for you to get a puppy, please send me an email now. I will make a note on your application that “it’s not a good time/skip” or we can discuss further options. Having this information ahead of time will make my job matching puppies go much smoother.

Hi Jennifer–We are always gone one week a yearin June for a family vacation in NC that we plan a year ahead. This year, unfortunately, the one week we will be gone will be June 16-25, so the first two Sundays won’t work for us. We can plan to come July 2. We would really like to get this puppy this summer if possible. My best, Mary

Hi Jennifer – we’re not sure where we are on the list (above or below 39) – would be helpful to find that out so we can advise on availability. Thank you!
