I tried

The dogs all have those nice fuzzy blankets in their crates to sleep with at night. Well, everyone but Noah. Last time I gave him one, he ate part of the blanket; a big part!

The other night, I thought I’d try again. I felt bad that he was just sleeping in his crate with no “blankie” 🙁

He’s a big boy, he’s not a puppy. He should be through this chewing stage, right?

So I took another blanket out that night and put it in his crate before bedtime.

The next morning, I let all the dogs out for their morning exercise/potty time and went off to do my other chores. After a bit it was time to do pooper scooper duty in the dog yards, so I grabbed my equipment and started my trek around the yard.

Then I saw it. I won’t get too graphic, but there was some poop with a long foreign body in it. *sigh  That’s not a good sign. The last thing you want is your dog eating something weird and having it get stuck inside. At least it passed.

004As you can see, it’s not a big chunk like his last blanket “meal”, but the edge is definitely gone.

Sorry, Noah. No more blankets for you!
