Remember I said I was going to take some time off? Well, I really thought I was.

But Reba was hiding a secret.

It wasn’t a total surprise because I did put her and Clancy together. But I couldn’t tell for sure if she was pregnant up until about a week before the grand event. I mean, I kept looking at her, watching her (she was acting weird), feeling her, but she hid things really well. Like I mentioned until about the last week when she finally looked a bit rounder. And then when I flipped her over to feel her, I could feel a moving lump!

To be sure that it wasn’t just one large puppy hiding in there (which could potentially require a C-section), I took her to the vet for an x-ray.

Five days after the x-ray, she delivered these two beautiful purebred Poodles; a coal black female and a chocolatey brown male. ❤️

I’m pretty excited about these two!❤️
