Matching puppies

Hi everyone!

I just wanted everyone to know I’m still in the process of matching our oldest litter, Joy’s puppies.

So far we have one puppy matched, little Elf! <3

I’m still going down my list contacting people. It takes time as I usually give people time to respond to my email and phone message. And then there are people who have questions about each puppy which is a normal part of the process.

If you were contacted about our last late fall/winter litters and you told me; “I’m not ready until March/April or I want a summer puppy”, I will not be contacting you. If you have changed your mind and you’re ready now, you will need to let me know as soon as possible.

So by the looks of things, I will probably get through my whole waiting list before all of our current puppies are matched. Please realizes that the red and apricot puppies always go first. So if I get to the bottom of the list it will be with other colors most likely.

I’d love to hear from some of you that are following along and are ready for a puppy or what color you might be open to.

Thanks so much! 😀

Jennifer I sent you puppy information in December because I got confused about some of the signals you were sending. And you told me that I needed to wait till you opened up the waiting list. Which was fine. I want to make sure that I’m not missing anything and you haven’t opened it up yet. Thank you for sending out all of the videos and pictures it really keeps people like me excited about the possibility of getting to adopt one of your puppies. Thanks Bill Sanders

Hi – we still very much want a puppy, but are currently planning a trip for the month of June. So ideally we’d pick up a puppy when we get home (anytime after June 30) or if we chose a puppy that was ready to go home sometime in June then it would have to be a progressive puppy.

I know you have a LOT of litters now, so you may not have any by the time we’re ready, but I don’t want to send my new puppy off to someone else while we’re away. We have two Cavaliers and they love going to our friends, but I want to housebreak and train so that doesn’t seem like a good idea for a puppy… But please don’t take us off your list. I see that we are sloooooowly creeping up and so maybe by the time we reach the time we’ll have the pick of the litter!

    Thanks, Leora

    Good Afternoon,

I have been following your posts (love the cute photos of your beautiful puppies) and I wanted to check in on your waitlist process. Is the waitlist still closed? We are looking to add a furry family member to our family and would love to join your waitlist.

    Thank you, Kim Wyatt 425-241-7810

When is your waiting list opening back up? I subscribed to your blog so I get the notifications, but I am really hoping to get a puppy within the next 6 months. I will stay on top of your posts and in the loop and look forward to working with you when the time comes.

So excited that the wait list may open this weekend. Now to have a serious talk with the hubs to make sure we are ready (I know it will take a while to get a puppy).

    Hi there!

Is your waiting list back open yet? My boyfriend and I would like to get on the waiting list as I know it could take a while to get a puppy. We’re leaning towards the two-colored cavapoo!

Let me know what the wait list looks like for that!

    Thank you! Sam

I’m very interested and keep watching to see when the wait list opens up. Fingers crossed it’s soon. Are these posts how you will let us know the wait list is open?
    Thanks!!

How exciting! I can’t imagine how you figure it all out across so many different interests. I am know we are far down the list, but we remain very excited about a female puppy of any color. One that is excited to join a decidedly girl filled home :).

Best of luck with the process!

Hi! I know the waiting list has not yet been re-opened but wanted you to know Zach (Okin) and I are anxiously awaiting the blog post that lets us know we can be added!! We love following along with all the latest about the litters, about the names you choose, the inventions you’ve come up with, and all the creative solutions required in bringing up happy healthy moms and pups!

    Have a great weekend, Stephanie

Me again – as a follow-up to my email (see above) and your policy change (which I totally understand): One thing to keep in mind is that when we joined the wait list a year ago, we were ready for a puppy. We were absolutely ready for a puppy ANYTIME except over Christmas break (almost a year after joining the wait list), and now we’ve got this trip planned in June (18 months after joining the waitlist). The puppy we were interested had to go home December 30, but then I saw that you did actually keep her as a progressive puppy for another month, so I really hope we didn’t get penalized for that pass.

We are excited, and are looking forward to a puppy to add to our family. Hoping for a female multi-color of any kind that could go home anytime after the end of June.

Thanks so much for your understanding,
    Leora
