Egg-cellant

We have chickens. Which means we have eggs. And right now, we seem to have lots of eggs. Way more than we consume, even with the dogs helping!

One week, I cleaned out the stash to make room for the daily, fresh ones.

I hard-boiled some for the humans.

Scrambled about a dozen and a half for the dogs. (I know they’re not pretty but the dogs don’t care). 😉

Then I sold or gave away six dozen at dog class!

And I still had three dozen in the frig! :O

Oh well, I’m not complaining. You can’t beat farm fresh eggs!
