Pig Pen

It is so, so, so, so dry and dusty here now. And the dust is like talcum powder  We do not have a good enough well to water and keep grass alive either, so you can imagine how dusty, yucky, dry it is. The dogs are like dust mops. When they come in a cloud of dust follows (and we sweep and dust mop the floor..again). Think Pig Pen the Peanuts character. FYI on a personal, embarrassing note, that was the nickname my dad used on me as a kid. 

But, it is still fun to watch the “teenagers” race around the backyard and play together (as the dust billows…)

And now they can take over my childhood nickname. 😉
