Well, this isn’t about cute puppies, but it is related for me.
Every year I order a new Erin Condren LifePlanner for (mostly) dog “business”. Yes, I do jot down some personal things once in a while (like when the kids are coming home to visit <3) but it’s mostly to keep track of the dogs (when that girl came in season, when those two were bred, when that litter was born, when those puppies are matched with their families, etc.) Honestly, I couldn’t live without it! I know a lot of people now use digital planners or calendars, but I’m old school and still like actually writing things down by hand.
This company has many different types of planners, notebooks, etc, but as I mentioned I always order the Life Planner. They have all kinds of nice front cover options and many you can personalize, which is what I usually do. (They also have teacher planners and wedding planners!)

The LifePlanner has a two-page spread for each month.
Then there’s the weekly layout which can be vertical, horizontal or hourly. I like the vertical for what I use it for.
At the end of each month are inspirational quotes and usually a lined page for notes.
It also includes a few pages of stickers for special occassions.
And there are lined pages in the back for extra notes, plus a “contacts” page and a small calendar for the next year.
