Her turn!

Another day in town socializing a puppy and this time it was Daisy’s turn.

A quick potty break before we head out!

Well, I didn’t expect it to be right between my feet, but I guess that works. Now lets’ get in the truck!

She doesn’t look too sure. And in fact, she did end up getting a little car sick on the drive into town.

See ya later, boys!(Don’t worry, hubby was home. Puppies are not left outside unless we are with them)

The drive down the hill looks different since the neighbors logged.

First stop was the auto parts store to return something for hubby.

Watching the traffic go by! She’s never seen this many cars before.

Next stop to get a cold drink and let her see people at the drive-thru.

Then we stopped at the feed store to pick up food for the dogs and chickens.

Of course, I always have the litter box in the back of the truck for potty breaks.

Then it was on to the other feed/farm store in town. She meet a lot of new friends there and loved every minute of it!

I had one more stop to make; the grocery store. I really needed one item to finish the dish I was taking to the kid’s house for our 4th of July celebration. But of course, I couldn’t leave her in the truck. Thankfully, she and her brothers had lots of practice being in the soft carrier. So I loaded her in with some kibble and a bully stick, set the carrier in the grocery cart, threw my shirt on top and headed into the store. *insert cheesy grin*

Technically this store only allows service animals and rightly so.  But I made sure she was in a carrier, not actually touching where people put their food in the cart. And she was just an angel, never made a sound and fell asleep while I shopped.

It was a good day of socializing for our little girl, but I’m sure she was happy to be back home too.
