I’ve talked about Hope’s strange habit of sleeping on top of stuff. If there’s a box, sweatshirt of stack of mail on the stairs (where I usually put my son’s mail) she will climb up there and sleep on it. When we had a chair sitting next to the stairs, she climbed on top and slept on the back of it.
This morning I walked in the kitchen and found this!
I’ve been canning garden produce, so I just have my box of lids and rings in the kitchen so I can grab what I need. Usually it’s stored away the rest of the year. Next to it is my pressure canner as I still want to use it. Plus there’s a bag with some dry goods from the grocery store that I set down late last night, meaning to put them away today.
And then there’s the added dog bed, that I dropped right there in preparation of cleaning Indy’s crate and adding a clean bed.
Somehow this short legged little dog crawled up on top of everything for a nap!
