Well, our two youngest dogs; Dally (a Cavapoo) and Maple (a Poodle) are resting and recuperating after both being spayed. They are on day five post-surgery and it’s getting harder and harder to keep them occupied and happy. They’re getting a bit stir crazy being in their crates so much. But they need to rest quietly to heal from surgery.
They’re both such sweet, good girls. They’re getting lots of chewies and things to keep them happy about being crated. And yes, they’re getting breaks outside and inside the house too.
Once they are healed up they will be ready for a transition to new families. They are both young and happy so should not have any trouble adapting to a new family. I’ve had several inquiries about Dally (everyone wants a Cavapoo <3 ) but I’m still deciding on what home will be the best fit for her. Maple has not had any interest, so if you are a Poodle lover and interested please email me (pinewoodcavapoos@gmail.com).
These “pups” (12 and 14 months old) are not free but reasonable since they are vaccinated, spayed and crate trained (they still need work on leash training) and healthy! They’re good in the house but still need supervision as they are still very puppy-ish and get into things.
For now we’ll peak in and say “hi” as they hang out in their crates.
