I’m back!

I’m officially back at “work”! Okay, you’re never off duty when you have animals to tend to, but thank you all for letting me take a break from the business part of things to spend time with my family and just not have to worry about the details of this job. (But how can I even call it a job, it’s my life, my passion <3 ).

We are now accepting applications again for our waiting list. Please be aware that the list is long and just to be on the safe side I’m going to tell you it’s close to an eighteen month wait time for a puppy; especially if you want an apricot/reddish colored pup (female especially).

Our current puppies are doing well! Growing, playing and just getting cuter by the day! Flower’s litter is now five weeks old (yesterday) and Treasure’s will turn five weeks old on Tuesday. The matching process can start at any time!

For those of you that have sent me emails over the break time and haven’t gotten a reply yet, I will get back to you today! If I somehow miss you and you don’t get a reply today, please send me another email.

There have been a few weddings going on over the break. Let me share about my favorite one first. 😉  (Yes, I will now bombard you with family photos!)

As you know, our number two son got married last Sunday to his beautiful bride! We are so blessed to have her as our new daughter. And truly thankful that God brought them together. <3

She is as beautiful inside as she is outside! <3

A beautiful part of the ceremony was when they washed each other’s feet. Like the Biblical account of Jesus washing His disciples’ feet, these two were committing to serve one another in their marriage.

My three treasures <3 <3 <3

A beautiful venue for the wedding and reception. (bellesonthebluff.com in Colbert, WA)

The flowers were breathtaking! (This photo doesn’t do them justice).

Thankfully our guys got their height and build from their dad. 😉

The whole fam! <3

Now, if you were reading carefully, you noticed I said “weddings”. Yes, we had a couple of doggie “weddings” during the break too. (hehehe) It’s a bit too early to confirm pregnancies, but if all went well we will have more puppies arriving in the late summer/early fall. And I expect that some other girls should be coming in season soon also.

I should have more blog posts coming soon too! Some will be things from the break and also I’ll get you caught up on current happenings!

Thanks so much for continuing to follow us on this journey of life here at Pinewood!
