I mentioned this before but for those who don’t know, I like to make sure the puppies are introduced to mini humans (aka children) before they head to their new homes. Since my kids are now grown and gone, I have to “borrow” some. 😉 Thankfully, I have a few friends in my country neighborhood that are always willing to come over and bring their kidlets for puppy cuddles.
We’ve had a couple groups this past week.
Since some of the pups are still very young they didn’t get to handle them but just take a peek. Lucy’s pups are old enough that I had the kids sit on the couch (after washing their hands) and they got to hold a puppy. They were so quiet and gentle with each one. It was a great introduction for the pups to “new” people.
And then the fun phase began as they headed to the kitchen to play with Rosie’s puppies.
Then a couple days later, more friends and their kiddos came to visit. The pups got to meet all kinds of new people last week!
