The pups and I had another adventure yesterday as they had their first car ride and trip to visit the vet for check-ups. They whined a little as we left the house, then all settled down for a good nap for the duration of the trip.

As soon as I had parked, I got them out and let them loose in the back of the truck with the litter box. Each one took a turn using the “facilities” to relieve themselves. Then they went back in the crate and in the backseat so I could go inside and check in.

Pretty soon it was our turn to see the doctor. Of course, there was Ooooing and Ahhing from the staff as they saw what cuteness was hiding under the blanket in the crate.

Getting exams. (I forgot to get one of Snowflake…my bad!)

Then it was time to recheck Dickens eye. Thankfully it’s on the mend! He got to finish the cheese that the puppies didn’t.

Then it was time to make the long trip back home. The puppies did wonderfully.

It was cloudy and overcast when we left home but we enjoyed seeing the beautiful blue sky on the drive home!
