Full swing!

The house is bustling with activity since we have three litters of various ages to tend to and enjoy!

Indy’s are still at the “easy” stage; keep mom fed, watered, exercise and loved on while the puppies have a new bed each day and a new toy to smell, hear, touch even though they are not really at an interactive stage. And then of course, lots of cuddles and kisses! They’re so sweet.

This little man, Casanova our singleton, keeps us hopping. But he’s also such a sweetheart! He’s learning to sleep in his pen alone at night (he has a crate to sleep in with access to the litter box at night). The first couple of nights were a bit mournful with some fussing for mom, but he’s doing great at night now. And aunt Cami and the babies are right next door so he’s not all along at night. He has neighbors. He’s doing really well with his litter box and also going outside to potty. He likes romping in the back yard with the aunties when we have potty breaks and still enjoys visits from mom. Although we do have to keep them separate most of the time or he would continue to nurse. Weaning is hard sometime but its part of growing up! He also enjoys racing through the house and following me everywhere.  But pick him up and he’s all chill and cuddly!

Cami’s babies are getting more active and playful. They’re just darling. Cami is wanting longer breaks from them so when they are downstairs she goes for a play break in the back yard. Or if they’re upstairs then she hangs out downstairs with me. But she stills spends a lot of time with them teaching them the ropes of being a “good dog”. They still want time to nurse off mom, but they are also enjoying their soaked puppy food.

So much fun and cuteness around here!❤️
