Well, we started the next session of dog class last night. I decided to take Indy this time. Since her babies recently went home there’s less likely the chance that she’ll come in season during this class’s timeframe. So we shouldn’t need to miss any classes. (Well, except I did actually miss the first class last week, but that we my fault).

Almost the whole drive there it was raining. I was not looking forward to doing dog class in the rain. Thankfully, when we arrived at the fairgrounds, the dogs were congregating near the pig barn. Yippee! We got to practice indoors and didn’t have to worry about getting rained on.

Indy hesitated a bit as we entered the big building, full of other dogs. It was a big class compared to Summer’s class. There were sixteen total. But once I coaxed Indy into the barn, it didn’t take long for her to settle down and start enjoying herself. She did really good considering the size of the class, the different environment and how many times she’s actually walked on a leash…lol. I can’t wait to see how much she learns and improves in the upcoming weeks!
