The puppies had their vet appointment yesterday and all went well!
After breakfast they went out to the garden for some potty and play time. Yesterday we had quite a bit of wind come through. It picked up the canopy and swooped it right over the fence! I think the puppies were a bit startled by the large flying object but they adapted to the sudden event just fine. Unfortunately, the canopy got a big tear in it, probably from either a tree branch or the fence post.

When it was time to leave, I woke the sleeping puppies up and gave them a chance to potty, then loaded them in the crate in the truck.

They didn’t make a peep the whole drive there.

As soon as I arrived, I let the staff know that the puppies and I had arrived, then I went back out to give the puppies a potty break.

Then I put them back in their crate with some water and waited for the staff to call us in for the puppies exams.

Bo went first and was the perfect gentleman.

Daisy and Luke patiently waiting their turn.
Now it’s Luke’s turn.

He made sure the doctor know how much we appreciate her with lots of puppy kisses!

Lastly, it was sister’s turn.

More kisses for the doc.

All right! We are done and they did fabulous! We’re loaded back in the truck for the drive home.

It was about three hours out of my day to drive to the vet, get the puppies examined, then turn around and drive home. Fortunately, it was a beautiful day for a drive.

The puppies were happy to stretch their legs and go potty right after we got home.
