A fun last day!

As I mentioned in a previous post, I’ve been taking animals to church to show the little children as my friend is doing a barnyard theme in her classroom. Today I took the Cavapoos! Boy, were they a hit, with the children and the adults.

Loaded up and ready to go!

In our wagon heading to the classroom

Some of the older kids from another classroom even came in to share in the cuddles and puppy love.

We pottied the puppies right before we loaded them up and and headed to church (which is just a few miles away). Then the crate and small Iris pen went into the wagon. The classrooms are downstairs but we do have a ramp for wheelchairs so it was easy to roll on in. Then to be on the safe side, I put a potty pad on the floor with a blanket over the top and hubby set the Iris pen on top. (This is the short Iris pen which I do not recommend for puppy parents as you’re puppy could easily climb on something and go over it. But it worked prefect for this situation because the kiddos could reach over to the puppies.

So for privacy and protection of the children, I’ve covered their precious faces but believe me there were lots of smiles!

Of course, we took cheese so the children could make friends with the puppies and give them treats.

And then when we got back home the puppies got to have some play time and get some wiggles out!

It was a good last day with the puppies! Tomorrow they get to meet their new families!

If anyone is interested, we still have one darling male available from this litter (Cole).
