I received a sweet and sad update this morning as one of our Pinewood family lost her hubby. 🙁 I’m so glad that Honey has been a good friend and companion during this time. Dogs are such comforters <3
“Hello Jennifer
I am so fortunate to have Honey in my life… And it’s just Honey and I living together.
Honey and I get along like roommates. I talk to her most of the time and I really do think she understands me. Attached are two photos….she spends quite a bit of time in our front room, watching for passers by so she can bark at them. This being a small village, most people know her and turn around and wave to her. The other photo is her and I sitting on Rays memorial bench located at the lake. Honey and I walk down there daily after going to the post office.( where she has more friends:)
We belong to an informal group of dog people. We are on a chat group and the leader texts us about the daily meet up where we let the dogs romp off leash . When Honey hears the “ding” on my phone she anxiously runs to the door. And we head out so she can play with her friends.
The group has all kinds of dogs big and small. Honey relates to them all including their owners. She is often complemented on her fearlessness and pure joy at seeing and playing with everyone. I say she was well raised and prepared for a happy life at Pinewood Cavapoos!
Thank you Jennifer!”

Honey was from our “terms of endearment” litter from Sally and Bonus a couple years ago.
