Yesterday after we finished with pictures and since I had all the puppies in one basket, we headed out to the yard.

It was their first experience outside on the grass and meeting the big dogs.

As with any litter of puppies they just sat in the basket for a bit and absorbed all the new sights, sounds  and smells. Then they slowly, one by one, Oly, Cosmos, Yarrow and Chyrs started venturing out of their basket to explore this big, new world. Aster, Peony and Dahlia stayed in the basket and just quietly watched all the activity.

Cajsa, Cody and Zuma gathered around to greet their new, little friend with love and gentleness. Although Cody can get a bit exuberant and wiggly in his affection, he didn’t squish anyone.

It was a great experience and this first one many trips outside for these cuties.
