On Thursday I drove my family back to Spokane to catch their flight home. Why does family time fly by so fast?! It was so good to have them visit!

And yesterday little Lenny (formerly Cosmos) was scheduled to go home. So I decided to just stay in Spokane with my kids Thursday night to save myself another long drive!
So Thursday I loaded up all the puppy essentials for an overnight stay, got Lenny’s puppy packet and such loaded, my family and their bags, let Lenny say good-bye to his brother and sister, pottied him then we all loaded in the truck.
Since there were two adults in the backseat too, Lenny had to ride in the little soft carrier for the trip down. He fussed a bit, which is normal when we start a drive with a puppy or puppies. And then he settled down and went to sleep.
When we got to the airport, he had a potty break in his litter box and then we headed inside to see them off!

He got several people oohing and ahhing over him. One lady stopped to pet him and find out what kind of dog he was and then asked me for a business card. Thanks for sharing your cuteness, Lenny!
Afterwards, I went outside to meet my friend (the one who had delivered Honey for me) to pick up the soft carrier she still had. Thankfully she doesn’t live far from the airport.

Then off we went to my son and DIL’s place for the night.

Liam was very excited to meet this cute, furry puppy!
I got his puppy pen set up downstairs in their basement with easy access to the backyard for potty breaks.

About noon we left the kid’s place and headed to the airport to meet Lenny’s mom. But first a quick potty break before we head into the terminal to meet her.

First family picture ❤️ Lenny has a Pinewood big sister Cavapoo waiting at home to meet him!

Happy life, Lenny!
