Dally and Bruno are such fun to have around. They’re both sweet and playful puppies! Dally is definitely the fearless leader of the two and Bruno is the sweet, cautious one. They’re both doing well with potty training, spending time in their crates (for naps and meals) and at night, but I do give them access to the litter box.

Yesterday they were outside playing and I decided to let them have lunch out there. The Poodles were somewhere else so the fence separating the two play areas in the garden was open. But it turned into a little puppy challenge unexpectedly!
The door was open back towards the bed, so it made a little channel that they had to go around and through to get to the other part of pen where the food and I were.

They fussed for minute because they couldn’t get to me or the food. Then Dally quickly figured out what she had to get to the “prize”. And less than a minute later, Bruno followed her example and came through the tunnel made by the fence and food lunch!

Little challenges are great for puppies! It’s gets them using some problem solving skills and then with a reward at the end encourages them to conquer more!
Yes, Jennifer, a good reminder for my Charlie (aka Grant now a year old), not just training and playing and socializing, but must learn skills when challenged.
Thank you
