The puppies were about three and a half weeks old when I introduced them to the litter box.

I start out with a commercial litter box called the Ugodog, because it is very low. The puppies are able to walk right off their bed and onto the litter box. Success made easy!

And you can see that they don’t have a lot of options for making a mistake. Their bed takes up about half the pen and the Ugodog, the other half.

And you can see when we remove the grates for cleaning, that there is evidence that they are using it.
