Have you ever seen one of those colorful little rainbow “chunks” in the sky called a Sundog?

Now have you ever heard of a Muddog?

They’re not near as beautiful. You see them after a night of rain or sometimes when it’s sprinkling. They are much more common than a Sundog, especially at my house. I was able to capture one on my camera just this morning! Actually, this type moves so much that I had to take a video and then crop a picture out of it. 

This is normally a white version with brown ears😜 And she wasn’t even outside very long. 

I’m so glad on days like today that the Muddogs have their own house to dry off in. They’re kicking back with some classical music as we speak.
