Riley is slowly approaching 5 years old…which is crazy to us, and he gets cuter and sweeter every single year. 

He is a wildly confident and adventurous little dog that has zero hesitations or fears. We moved to San Francisco a couple years ago and Riley absolutely loves the city life. He is also the most popular little guy I know; he has completely changed so many of our friends’/family member’s perspectives on what it’s like to own a little dog. Our friends regularly reach out to us to see if Riley can spend the day or weekend with them. Riley’s groomer – who recently moved about 40 minutes away – volunteers to pick him up because she loves spending time with him so much. 

Riley also heavily favors his Cavalier lineage; he is the laziest, cuddliest little dog I have ever met. One of our favorite traits is his ability to stay in bed in the morning indefinitely; he will NOT leave the bed unless everyone else has. He can literally stay in bed, completely content, until 12pm or later. 

There are not enough words to sum up how much we love Riley. He has enriched our lives in ways we never thought a dog could – and we’ve both owned many dogs in our lives. He’s an extremely special little guy and we couldn’t ask for a better partner.“
