I have an easy puppy enrichment activity! I have gobs of lettuce growing all over the garden. I don’t even have to plant seeds because each year I let some of it go to seed and it replants itself.

There’s no way we can even start to eat it all so just about everyday the chickens and the rabbit get some.

Well, I thought, “why not give some to the puppies?”. They can shred it, chew it, bite it, play tug-o-war with it or whatever they want. And if they eat some of it, we’ll get some vegetables down them. *wink*

They had a blast!
