Hubby and I headed off to town again yesterday. This time it was to drop off my tires to get new ones put on. Yep, he took the wheels of the truck and we hauled them in, in the back of the other truck. Walmart tire shop was so booked up (*note to hubby, order new tire before winter next time 😛 ) that it was quicker for us to just drop off the wheels/tires than the whole truck.

So it was a good excuse for Coco to get some more practice riding in a vehicle (this one is much noisier than her normal ride), hanging out in her crate and seeing new things.

We had a couple other stops to make too. She got to go in the feed store again. Part of the time she was in the sling and I also let her try riding in the cart.

And of course there were plenty of potty breaks throughout our time in town. She’s so good about using the litter box on our treks.

(And no, she does not ride in the back of the truck. She’s only there for a potty break)

Some stops she had to stay in the truck, but she got snacks and lunch to keep her occupied while we went inside the places we needed to visit that weren’t dog friendly.

She’s getting to be a great little traveler!
