Our little Cavapoo is four weeks old today!

Since he was matched almost at birth, I’m letting his new family come up with his name. Naming is such a fun and momentous occasion that they want to pick just the right name. So while they decide, I’m just going to call him Blaze for the unique strip of white down his face.

Boy, is he changing and growing! He’s much more interested in people, other animals, his toys and mom’s food and water dishes. He’s using he UGOdog litter box and pretty soon we’ll switch him to the box with pellets and introduce him to his first crate to sleep in too.

He has met Reba and Hope, and this morning he met Cajsa, Zuma and Cody. They are always interested in meeting new puppies and he sat quietly while they said “hello” with their sniffs.

He gets new toys each day to explore and play with if he wants.  He’s getting his toenails trimmed weekly and weekly weigh-ins. He’s now over three pounds!

Hubby likes to vacuum so he’s heard the vacuum many times and has been introduced to the hair dryer and a small electric hair trimmer. He’s just taking everything in stride!
