Murphy (formerly Tater Tot) is going home today! Although it’s always extra work keeping a puppy longer, it’s been fun. He’s such a good puppy!

We’ve enjoyed taking him to town and church to socialize, go for car rides, meet lots of people, work on potty and crate training, handling, grooming and such. He’s learned to hang out in his puppy pen while I work in the house, contentedly eat meals in his crate and wait patiently for me to let him out, and have breaks outside to play with his “cousins”. He received his second puppy vaccination also.  He’s doing pretty well walking on a leash and learning “sit” and “come”. He’s conquered the  stairs the first time he tried. He loves the big dogs and any human he meets!

We’ll miss him, but I’m glad his family will finally get to meet him!
