Can things get any crazier?

Hi everyone! Just checking in cause I’m not sure how much time I’ll have to be on here for the next week or so. I need to still get an updated waiting list posted now that our current puppies are matched. I will get that done as soon as I have a bit of time to sit down and focus on that task.

Also, I need to hear from any of our puppy adopters of Jules litter asap, if you want your puppy micro~chipped before you pick it up. They have a vet appointment tomorrow and we will have it done then.

As I’m writing this, I’m keeping an eye on Reba in a crate next to me. She has been showing eminent signs of labor.

Jules’ puppies had a great playtime this morning while I prepared the upstairs puppy room for them. I have two giant puppy pens up there which will give them more wiggle room. And since there are two pens, I’ve separated the litter in half. I will switch them around at times so two puppies don’t become to dependent on each other. That should help with the transition of going home too. They now have a crate in their puppy pen so they can get used to sleeping in one before they head home.  We had more young people visit last night and they and the puppies enjoyed the visit very much!

Plus moving the puppies to the puppy room will make the downstairs maternity ward much quieter for Reba.

As I mentioned, I’m not sure how much I’ll be online in the next week or so. With Reba’s pups on the way, Lucy’s due next and Faith not long after her, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and all the preparations for Christmas and then the family starts arriving! Number three son will be home today, number one and his wife fly into Spokane on Wednesday where number two will be picking them up and bringing them home. Number two’s girlfriend and her dog will be arriving Wednesday morning, her roommate will be driving in on Friday, as will my dad, brother, sister-in-law and nephew (after flying into Spokane) around midnight.

So if you don’t hear from me, now you know why. But don’t worry, I’m still here for questions, just shoot me an email. And I will try to post when I can.

Thanks for your patience and understanding during this crazy time!
