I tried feeding the Treasure/Mercy crew next. Since it was a bigger bunch, I first spread some potty pads on the floor and surrounded it with the exercise pen to keep them from wandering off. Then I placed the big pan of food in the middle and added puppies.

Some of them tried the food, but they weren’t as excited or interested in it as the Poodle pups were. Sometimes we just skip the mushy food stage and just start soaking mom’s puppy kibble because they start nosing around in that instead.

It’s fun to watch them starting to eat real food, and enjoy it whichever way it happens.
