Raven’s F1b Cavapoos turned two weeks old yesterday. They are just gorgeous with their multi-colored coats. They’re eyes are starting to open which gives them a whole different look; from little furry blobs to miniature dogs with sparkly dark eyes.

It looks like there are three with curly coats (at least that’s what it looked like at birth). The  black & tan female, the brown phantom male and the tricolor male (with the gray collar). The rest of the pups appear to have more of the wavy coat like an F1 Cavapoo. This is typical of what we will see within an F1b litter; some with curly Poodle-type coats and some with the variety of waves that we see in a F1 litter. The F1b litter will also tend to have more size variation within a litter but temperaments are similar to the F1 Cavapoos.

Two pups stand out size-wise as maybe staying on the smaller side; the black and tan female and the purple-collared tricolor female. They are both still under one pound while the rest of the pups are now over a pound. Also they seem to have smaller bone structure and more petite heads which also makes me think they’ll stay on the smaller side as adults. Time will tell.

The think I’m of sure is, they are all beautiful no matter what size, coat texture or coloring!
