This little darling is a people dog. He loves people! And he loves his mom. She is so patient and engaging with him.

They have move up to the puppy room where there is so much more space and frees up a bit of space in the living room for me also.

They have a little play area set up next to the puppy pen. Blaze is using his litter box well, and is cozy sleeping in a crate already. It probably helps that there’s a big fluffy bed in it.

And of course, they come downstairs and also go outside for adventures depending on the weather. It’s a typical spring; sunshine one day and rain the next. We had another heavy frost the other morning too.

We’ve been practicing being handled on a table like he would be at the veterinarian or the groomer. Also getting him accustomed to the hairdryer and a small pair of clippers, rubbing it over his body so he gets used to the noise and the vibration. 

He’s such got his weigh checked, toenails trimmed and the real collar put in that I keep forgetting to do. Of course he scratched away at it for a while.
