One week ago in the wee hours of the morning, Cami gave birth to her five Cavapoo puppies! The first few days were a bit foggy to me as I was sleep deprived. But we’ve made it through the first week!

The pups and mom are all doing great! The pups started at 8-9 ounces at birth and each one is now over one pound! They’re all fat and sassy.

We started ENS and ESI on day three as suggested. It’s interesting to see the reactions of each one with each exercise or new scent introduced.

Cami is very devoted, but does love her breaks outside for some fresh air and to stretch her legs. She’s never been fond of a crate but she’ll got back in because the babies are there. But she insists on some cuddles first. I usually sit on the couch near the crate and she’ll either jump on the couch and get close on the floor or I’ll pull her close. Unlike some dogs she loves close cuddles and lots of touch. She’ll just melt in my arms .❤️ And then she’s ready to got back to her babies.
