Well, hubby finally felt well enough to start mowing all the yards and get things de-jungled! (is that a word? 😉 )

My favorite outdoor place for the puppies to play is in the garden. The back yard is a good intro, but we have that big pine tree which usually ends up giving some of its sap to the puppies furry feet. Which is a bugger to get out!

So Thursday, I was finally able to get the exercises pens out and some small toys and let the puppies begin exploring their new garden play area. My plan is to add some more big toys and hopefully the canopy. Although the canopy tipped over last year on a windy day and tore on an apple tree branch. So we’ll see if it’s salvageable.

They absolutely loved this nice big grassy area to run, play and explore! And the big dogs are right through the fence so they can visit and become better friends.

And now the puppies can be outside playing while I work in the garden. Although after getting things set up and lugging the puppies downstairs, I was too worn out to do anything in the garden. Here’s hoping my energy level returns soon. ;P
