We’ve had a lot of interest in our puppies lately and therefore getting a lot of applications. So if you filled an application out today or are considering filling one out, this information is you for! 🙂
There are two parts to the application. Part 1 gives me your name, address and other pertinent information. Part 2 gives me added information and helps me know that you have read and agreed with our Puppy Guarantee and also that you know that we do not ship our puppies, therefore you will have to make arrangments to come to pick up your puppy.
It’s super important that you fill out and submit Part 1 and Part 2 at that same time. Part 1 is the only form that has your name. So if you submit part 2 several days later, I will just get a random form with no name on it and not know who it belongs to. Or if for some reason you fill out Form 2 and send it in first.
And that’s what happened this morning. I got a random Part 2 application in my inbox, with some wonderful information, but I have absolutely no idea who it is from. And I will not be able to contact the person since Part 1 is where their name and email is submitted.
Also, please make sure you fill in the contact information completely. I need a first and last name. I get a lot of people that only give their first name for some reason. I need a full and complete address; street, city and zip code, please. Many fill in their street address but forget to include the city, state and zip code. And for our Canadian adopters that postal code is very important as I will need it for your puppy’s health certificate to help you get him safely across the border and home with you.
