Sky’s litter turned one week old yesterday. And as many of you know who follow along, we had an itty, bitty puppy in this litter. He is quite the amazing little puppy!
Look what a week’s difference looks like!
He’s still really tiny, but eating all on his own now. The first few days he was supplemented several times a day, but as the week went on and I saw him latched on and nursing I dropped off supplemental feedings. I am just keeping an eye on him to make sure he continues to gain weight every day.
He went from a birth weight of 3.2 ounces to 5.6 ounces at one week!
The other pups were born weighing between 8.1-9.2 and and at one week are between 13.7 ounces up to one pound!

Sky is the doting mother as usual and taking excellent care of them all. <3
