Hi, it’s me!

I’m back….again ;P

I know, you haven’t heard from me since my last “I’m back!” post a few days ago. Well, we did get home in the wee hours on Tuesday morning so I was able to get that written and scheduled to post on Thursday, but Wednesday I was down with the nasty bug that went through my kids on our trip. At least, it didn’t hit me until I got home. But I was basically down and out for four days. The couch was my friend. Luckily hubby was still well and able to take over the chores.

I finally got up yesterday morning and did my own doggie duties. But boy, did that bug zap me and I’m still not up to par, with energy, strength or appetite. At least I’m starting to function again. 😉 But now I’m even further behind with answering emails, messages and applications that came in during our break.

If you’re one of those who reached out, please be patient. I’ll respond as quickly as I’m able.

My dad ended up in the hospital while we were away and I was really hoping to get home for a few days then fly to see him for a few days because I only have a small window of time before our next batch of puppies are due. But unfortunately, this sickness cancelled that idea.

I also had plans to take Journey through the last obedience class that the instructor was offering when I got home, but those plans got canceled too.

So now, our next big adventure is waiting for Miss Poppy to deliver her babies which should be here in a week to ten days approximately. I haven’t seen Sally in a week or so, but I did hear through the family grapevine (grandma 😉 ) that “Sally’s tummy is getting round”. Her litter will be soon after Poppy’s!

But for now, I’ll work on my answering correspondence and getting my strength back!

And I still have a bunch more pupdates to share!
