I gave the puppies a little challenge today. Presenting puppies with little challenges is good for them as long as they can solve it and we don’t frustrate them. This helps them with problem solving and not getting frustrated as adults when they face challenges.

Today, I hooked the ramp onto the puppy pen door opening. Hubby made this ramp a while back out of wood and then he glued carpet on the ramp. It makes for an easy exit and entrance to the puppy pen once they figure it out. Some come tumbling out as soon as I open the pen door. Others take their time and aren’t really sure about this whole idea. Today I had to do some coaxing, but they all eventually came down the ramp to their little play area.

I know it’s hard to tell who’s who with all these black girls (unless you happen to see their collar in the pictures. ) So I took video too which will be on our YouTube channel.

Pretty soon they’ll be running up and down it!
